Asset Purchase Expands GPR and Concrete Sawing Capabilities Across Metro Atlanta and the Southeast
Atlanta, GA — January 9, 2026 — Cobra Southeast Construction Services Co. (“Cobra Southeast”), a growing full-service concrete sawing, drilling, flatwork, and ground penetrating radar (GPR) contractor serving Metro Atlanta and the Southeast, announced today the purchase of assets of Southeast Scanning and Cutting Services LLC (“SESCS”), a Peachtree Corners, Georgia-based contractor specializing in GPR scanning and concrete sawing and drilling.
The asset purchase, effective
January 16, 2026, includes the purchase of SESCS assets and the opportunity for select experienced concrete sawing, drilling, and GPR technicians to join the Cobra Southeast team. SESCS Owner
Veronica Conti-Harman will also continue employment with Cobra Southeast, focusing on maintaining and growing relationships with SESCS’s existing customers while introducing Cobra Southeast’s expanded service offerings.
This purchase strengthens Cobra Southeast’s ability to scale quickly, expand market share, and add skilled workforce capacity to meet growing demand throughout the region. The transaction will also significantly increase Cobra Southeast’s operational footprint in Metro Atlanta and the Southeast, further establishing the company as a premier service provider in the concrete cutting and GPR market.
With the expanded team and resources, Cobra Southeast will offer SESCS customers a broader range of services, including utility locating, advanced mapping using ground penetrating radar, concrete flatwork and restoration services, robotic demolition, wire sawing, and more.
